THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO ONLINE PURCHASES MADE THROUGH
- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke smell will not be accepted.
- All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final.
-All sales on jewelry and accessory items are final sale.
-All orders that use a promo code of 25% or higher are final sale.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
-At this time, Paperback Boutique only accepts returns for store credit. After your return is received, you will be issued a Gift Certificate Number in the amount of your returned item.
- We are not able to run exchanges so please follow the instructions on returning your item(s) and feel free to shop for a replacement item through our online store.
Steps for returning your item:
- Make sure your order is eligible for a return by checking the rules listed above.
- Your order will include an invoice. On your invoice, circle the items you wish to return and list the reason for the return anywhere on the form.
- Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice.
- Please contact us at email@example.com for a mailing return address.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.
- We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED PAST THE 14 DAY LIMIT OR DOES NOT FIT THE RETURN GUIDELINES, THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND A STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CARD.

-Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyers expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
